What are CPA advantages?

1. Highest paying advertising program.
2. If the advertiser earns something from you, you earn a commission (on CPC you don't).

What are CPA disadvantages?

You need the visitor to something after he clicks on the banner (buying or filling up forms), only then you get your share. If the visitor didn't do it you get nothing (over CPC you get paid immediately for the click).
